RESIDENTIAL CONTRACT SERVICES:
If your home has multiple heating and air conditioning systems it is cost
effective to consider an annual preventive maintenance contract.
KCR Inc. can provide you with a maintenance contract to cover gas or electric
heat pumps, furnaces, humidifiers and electronic air filtering systems.
We will maintain and calibrate your system to meet or exceed manufacturer's
recommendations. This will provide for the greatest operating efficiency.
A service agreement will provide you with automatic scheduling for maintenance
before each heating and cooling season, as a contract customer you will
receive preferential treatment should a problem with your heating or air
conditioning occur.
